Customization of MC5 control software

Service and integration for KraussMaffei robots (LR/LR-S series)

We offer technical service, commissioning, and parameterization for machines and linear picking robots with Sigmatek control systems and KEB drive systems.

Unsere Tools:

1. Sigmatek control system – C-DIAS / VARAN/ DIAS bus

Parameterization, troubleshooting, replacement, and integration of C-DIAS modules; bus diagnostics (bus analysis, addressing, signal testing).

2. KEB frequency converters – F5 and F6 series

Drive diagnostics, parameterization, firmware updates, and commissioning of KEB converters via Combivis 5 and Combivis 6, error memory analysis, and adjustment of control parameters.

3. MC5 machine control (KraussMaffei)

Integration and synchronization of the robot in MC5 machine control, parameterization of interfaces (Euromap 67), adaptation of motion profiles and safety logic.

4. Peripheral and communication interfaces

Signal testing, adjustment, and documentation of interfaces between robots, machines, and peripherals; integration of additional I/O signals.

Commissioning and calibration

Complete electrical and software commissioning, calibration of axes, optimization of motion sequences, and adaptation to customer-specific production processes.

6. Software- and Diagnosetools

Software-supported diagnostics, parameter documentation, firmware management, functional testing, and field adjustments.
